How enquiry and website information is handled.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, telephone number, endpoint count, requirements and message. Campaign parameters may be retained with your enquiry so we can understand which advertising generated it.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, recommend an appropriate Watchman setup, prepare estimates, arrange demonstrations and measure sales and marketing effectiveness. We do not sell enquiry information.

Cookies and measurement

Optional analytics and advertising measurement may be enabled only after you accept measurement cookies. You can decline them through the website’s privacy choices. Essential storage may be used to remember that choice.

Sharing and retention
